HIGH HOLIDAYS
In our socially distanced world, students across Georgia are relying on Hillel for access to Jewish community and experiences during the High Holidays and throughout the year. Your generous support allows us to continue to offer connections and programs to meet Jewish students' interests while keeping them safe and healthy.

ALUMNI
Welcome, KSU Alumni!
Much like there is no “typical” KSU student, there’s really no “typical” Hillel experience either. For some students, we’re a source of community programming and Jewish education. Fellowships, trips, gatherings, networking opportunities - we got it all and more! For others, we’re a support network of friends on hard days and a hype team on good ones. And yet for everyone, we strive to be a dependable, transformative Jewish home away from home.
You, our alumni, make it possible to do what we do. By staying in touch, offering your guidance, and showing your support for Hillel’s programs and initiatives, we’re able to reach more students and make a difference on and off campus. Thank you for all that you do!
And, importantly, we’re in your corner as well! I’m always here for you if you’re curious about KSU Jewish life, want to learn more about our programs, or are eager to find a local Jewish community close to where you live! Just reach out and say hi!
L’chaim!
Valerie
Think back on your days as a Kennesaw State University student—all the classes, late nights, special events, and relationships you built. You will always be part of Owl-nation, and our KSU alumni are loyal to their school because, regardless of their professional paths, they are bonded together by a transformative college experience.
Hillel adds an extra layer to that experience. The students engaged in Hillel see their Jewish identity as source of connection and empowerment. Through Hillel’s programming, outreach, and community engagement, hundreds of KSU students have grown into their Jewish identity by virtue finding a home away from home. We are changing the Jewish future for the better, and we have our alumni – you all – to thank for it. Through your mentorship, engagement, and generous support, YOU make Hillel a vital part of the Jewish college experience for so many. For that, we want to send our most grateful appreciation.
And just as you support Hillel, we want to support you. If you’re a KSU alum who wants to stay connected to campus life, would like to mentor a student, or who wants to hear about what other alums are doing, please contact me. I am here to help keep you an Owl for life.
Warmly,
Dr. Catherine M. Lewis

PARENTS
We are excited to welcome your student to their Jewish home away from home! At Hillel we seek to create an open, inclusive Jewish environment for every student, and our staff will strive to ensure that everyone feels at home as a vital member of our Hillel family.
Parent contributions of any amount are vital for Hillel to engage, support, and inspire every Jewish student on campus. Your support helps us provide free Jewish programming, kosher Shabbat and holiday meals, leadership opportunities, and so much more!
