Inspiring Vibrant Jewish Life on Campus

Hillels of Georgia Covid Mask Policy:
Students, staff, and visitors to Hillel are encouraged to wear face masks while indoors.
Welcome to UGA,
Class of 2026!

UGA Hillel is the focal point for more than 1000 Jewish undergraduate and graduate students. Our mission is to enrich the lives of these individuals so that they may enrich the Jewish people and the world. Our primary goal is to significantly increase the number of Jewish students who have meaningful Jewish experiences at UGA.

JEWISH LIFE
From student leadership opportunities to weekly Shabbat dinners and so much more, our wide range of programs offer an option for everyone
TIKKUN OLAM
Hebrew for “Repair the World” is a central-Jewish value. We at Hillel encourage and support students in efforts to better our community and connect students with programs that give them the chance to do exactly that.
LEADERSHIP
The backbone of Hillel's student-led and student-driven model, students serve in a wide array of leadership positions to envision robust Jewish life on campus while receiving dedicated mentorship and supervision from Hillel's professional staff.
If I am not for myself, who will be for me? If I am not for others, what am I?
And if not now, when?
-Rabbi Hillel
