The Leven-Silberman Leadership Institute (LSLI) is igniting a new generation of Jewish changemakers across Georgia colleges and universities.
Through immersive retreats, cohort gatherings, a capstone rooted in values-driven impact, and one-on-one mentorship with visionary leaders, LSLI empowers students to lead with purpose, passion, and Jewish pride.​

By uniting Jewish students statewide, LSLI is trailblazing a new model for Jewish leadership in higher education: one rooted in mentorship, collaboration, and bold Jewish identity. It fills a critical gap in preparing future Jewish leaders through college and beyond.

Equip students with the practical skills, confidence, and Jewish values needed to lead with impact, on campus and beyond.
Post-College Planning Through a Jewish Lens
Guide students in planning for life after graduation with intention, drawing on Jewish wisdom (L'Dor V'Dor) to shape meaningful paths forward.

Create Pathways for Alumni, Parents and Community Involvement
Offer rich, purposeful ways for alumni, families, and community members to connect with Hillels of Georgia students and share their experience with our Jewish future .
