Hillel Board Member Completes OnBoard Leadership Program

We want to congratulate Kara Adler who completed and graduated from the OnBoard Leadership Program. As Hillels of Georgia’s OnBoard Fellow Kara participated in the 7 month intensive leadership development program, coordinated by the Jewish Federation of Greater Atlanta, and demonstrated a deep commitment to both Hillel and the greater Jewish community in Atlanta.

As an OnBoard Fellow and with the assistance of a consultant provided by the program, Kara guided the Board of Directors through a special consulting project designed to help Hillels of Georgia assess our organizational governance, protocols and bylaws. In the coming months Kara will be working on an exciting challenge grant opportunity that Hillels of Georgia is eligible to participate in through the OnBoard program which will significantly help to increase our organizational capacity to serve our community. We greatly appreciate Kara’s commitment to the OnBoard program and look forward to her continued leadership and service to Hillels of Georgia.
